Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This policy explains when GATE-777 refunds a purchase. It is part of our Terms of Service. Lesly Tech LLC, High Point, NC, USA.

1. The 14-day rule

We refund any purchase in full, within 14 days of payment, provided no paid credits have been consumed on the account.

"Consumed" means that at least one generation — text, image, audio, video or chat — has been produced using the credits granted by that purchase. Credits from the free Discovery plan do not count.

Once a single paid credit has been used, the purchase is no longer refundable. Every generation costs us a real, non-recoverable fee paid to the model provider at the moment you press the button, which is why the line is drawn at first use rather than at a percentage of consumption.

2. What this covers

• Subscriptions — the first payment of a Starter, Studio or Agency plan, and any renewal, on the same terms: 14 days, no paid credit consumed in that billing period.
• Prepaid credit packs — refundable in full if none of the pack's credits have been used, within 14 days of purchase.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not itself a refund. You keep access, and the credits already granted for the current period, until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, the account returns to the free Discovery plan.

To avoid being charged for a new month, cancel before the renewal date shown on your dashboard.

4. Beyond the 14 days

Outside the cases above, payments are non-refundable. We will nonetheless issue a refund or a credit, at our discretion, where:

• you were charged twice for the same thing;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using credits you had paid for, and we could not fix it;
• your account was charged without your authorisation.

Tell us as soon as you notice — these are settled far more easily within a few days than a few months later.

5. How to ask

Write to support@gate777ai.com from the e-mail address on the account, stating what you bought and when. We answer within 3 business days. An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from the account. If the account has already been closed, we still process the refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before asking your bank to reverse it. A chargeback costs us a fee and freezes the account while it is investigated, and it takes far longer than writing to us. We will always look at a genuine complaint first.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a right you hold under the law where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — you agree, by starting to generate content, that performance begins immediately and that you lose that withdrawal right for the credits so consumed. That is exactly the line drawn in section 1.
