Create your account first. Choosing a plan takes you to your dashboard, where you sign in or register in a moment. Payment then goes through Stripe, and your credits land on the account you are signed into — nothing to match up by hand.

Which AI models do you use?

OpenAI's. Every plan includes GPT-4o mini and the GPT-5 nano models. Starter adds GPT-4.1, Studio adds GPT-4o along with GPT-5.4 mini and GPT-5 mini, and Agency opens all fourteen, including GPT-5.5 and the o3 and o4 reasoning models. You choose the model on each request.

What about images?

Images are generated with GPT Image 2 at up to 1536 x 1024 pixels.

How many voices are there for voice-over?

Six: Alloy, Echo, Fable, Onyx, Nova and Shimmer. Each one speaks over a hundred languages, so a single voice carries across your whole catalogue. Transcription runs on Whisper.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages; we never see or store them.

When do my credits arrive?

Straight away, the moment Stripe confirms your payment. You also receive an invoice by e-mail. If anything goes wrong, write to support@gate777ai.com with your payment reference and we will sort it out by hand.

What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits reset at each monthly renewal and do not carry over. Credit-pack credits accumulate and do not expire while your account is open.

Can I cancel?

At any time, yourself — from your dashboard, or from the billing portal, where you can also change your card and download your invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your access and your credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — in full, within 14 days, as long as no paid credits have been used. See the Refund Policy.

Do prices include tax?

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are.
