Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with GATE-777. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and it applies to everything you submit to the Service and everything you do with what it generates.

1. Illegal and harmful content

Do not use the Service to create, upload or distribute material that:

  • sexualises minors in any way, or depicts child abuse — this is reported to the authorities and the account is closed immediately and permanently;
  • is non-consensual sexual content, including intimate imagery of a real person made or altered without their consent;
  • promotes, incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
  • gives operational instructions for weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear agents;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or targets a specific person, or exposes their private information.

2. Deception and impersonation

Do not use the Service to:

  • impersonate a real person, company, or public authority, or produce content presented as coming from them;
  • generate fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, receipts, invoices, identity documents or official records intended to be taken as genuine;
  • build phishing pages, fake login or payment flows, or any material designed to obtain someone's credentials, card details or money under false pretences;
  • run coordinated political influence or disinformation campaigns;
  • present generated content as human-made where doing so is unlawful or is required to be disclosed — for example in advertising, academic work, or regulated professional advice.

3. Security and integrity of the Service

Do not:

  • write, distribute or improve malware, ransomware, exploits, or tools for unauthorised access;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service or of any system reached through it, other than your own;
  • attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, filters or access controls, or to extract system prompts, model weights or underlying code;
  • share your account credentials, or resell your access;
  • overload the Service with automated traffic outside a published API.

4. Rights of others

Do not submit material you have no right to submit, and do not use the Service to reproduce a protected work, a registered trademark, or a person's likeness or voice in a way that infringes their rights.

If you believe content produced or hosted through the Service infringes your copyright, write to support@gate777ai.com with the work concerned, the material complained of, your contact details, and a statement that you act in good faith and are authorised to act. We act on valid notices.

5. High-stakes uses

Output from the Service must not be the sole basis of a decision about a person's health, safety, legal rights, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or immigration status. In any such context a qualified human must review the output before it is acted on.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or close it permanently. We match the response to the seriousness: an isolated mistake usually gets a warning; deliberate or repeated abuse, and anything in section 1, does not.

Where an account is closed for a serious breach, unused credits are forfeited and no refund is due.

7. Reporting abuse

Tell us at support@gate777ai.com. Include enough detail for us to find what you are describing. We treat reports about section 1 as urgent.
