Lesly Tech LLC, High Point, NC, USA, operates gate777ai.com ("GATE-777"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to support@gate777ai.com.
1. Data we collect

We never receive your full card number, expiry date or security code. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment pages and handled entirely by Stripe.
2. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To provide the Service — creating your account, generating output, tracking your credit balance. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment — processing purchases, renewals and refunds, issuing invoices, meeting accounting obligations. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
- To keep the Service secure — detecting fraud, abuse, and attacks; enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.
- To support you — answering your messages, investigating faults. Basis: contract and legitimate interest.
- To improve the Service — aggregated, non-identifying statistics on which features are used. Basis: legitimate interest.
- To send service e-mails — address verification, password resets, billing notices, changes to these policies. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an account. Basis: contract.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your prompts or your generated output to train our own models.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Third-party AI model providers — your prompt and any file you attach are transmitted to the provider of the model you selected, so that it can generate the output. They process it to return a result and under their own terms; we do not authorise them to use it to train their models on our account.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Stripe acts as an independent controller of your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — delivery of transactional e-mail.
- Our hosting provider — servers located in the United States.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
4. International transfers
Our servers and most of our providers are in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your data is transferred there. Where the law of your country requires a transfer safeguard — for instance the EU or UK — transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism operated by the provider concerned.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account is open, then up to 90 days after closure, so the account can be restored if you change your mind.
- Content data — until you delete it, or until 90 days after your account closes.
- Billing records — seven years, as tax and accounting law requires.
- Security and error logs — up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop a particular use of it. Write to support@gate777ai.com; we answer within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — normally by confirming control of the e-mail address on the account.
7. Security
Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted and protected by key-based authentication. Databases are backed up daily and the backups are verified. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data and creates a risk to you, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
8. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to support@gate777ai.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes
We will post any new version here with a new "last updated" date, and will notify account holders by e-mail before a material change takes effect.
